At Meerschaum Arts, each piece is crafted from genuine Turkish meerschaum stone and shaped by skilled artisans. Because our products are handmade and often one-of-a-kind, we kindly ask you to review the policy below before requesting a return.

14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return window. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and unworn
• The product must not have been smoked (for pipes)
• It must be in its original condition and original packaging

All included accessories, certificates, and protective cases must be returned

You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Due to the natural characteristics of meerschaum stone, slight variations in color, carving details, or texture are not considered defects. Each piece is unique.

Returns must be approved before shipping. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@meerschaumarts.com with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
• A short description of the issue
• We will evaluate the situation and provide a suitable resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Smoked or used pipes
• Customized or personalized products
• Limited edition or commissioned carvings
• Sale items
• Gift cards

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, any pipe that has been smoked or altered cannot be accepted for return.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to:

Request a return for the original item

Once approved, place a new order for the desired item

As each meerschaum piece is unique, exchanges are subject to availability.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

The product must be unused, unsmoked, and in its original condition and packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Processing may take up to 10 business days

Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund
